Responsibilities

Trilogy Health Services headquartered in Louisville, KY with 107 health campus locations throughout the Midwest is looking to appoint a talented and highly experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The CMO will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the company’s marketing and advertising initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the primary responsibility of the CMO is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for Trilogy Health Services, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations. The CMO will oversee sales management, new business development, product development, distribution channel management and customer service. The CMO will ensure that Trilogy’s message is distributed across all channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives; seeking out new ways to deliver messaging to include mobile platforms, video and social media.

 

Specifically, the key responsibilities for the CMO include the following:

  • Lead marketing innovation, evolves best practice, competitor activities, third party tools, consumer engagement, and identifying technology that help grow the business.
  • Be a thought leader for both internal and external partners, and in doing so, set the standard for best-in-class marketing plans.
  • Identify Trilogy’s unique brand within the industry while leading and supporting the digital strategies to drive brand growth.
  • Provide overall leadership support and direction for marketing team.
  • Monitor and assess individual work in accordance with high standards of excellence, provide feedback, coaching, development opportunities, and performance management of team.
  • Positively contribute to the culture, energy, and growth of the company.
  • Tie analytical reporting and ROI to marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Create project vision and outline goals and deliverables.

 

Salary and equity compensation commensurate with experience

Qualifications

Positions Requirements:

  • 10 years marketing experience; influencing the marketing performance for brands.
  • Senior housing sales experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
  • New media experience required; knowledge and proficient in social media platforms from consumer and marketing standpoint.
  • Understanding web analytics and how to use them for decision-making
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
