Trilogy Health Services, an innovative, dynamic Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living company based out of Louisville, KY, has an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Memory Care/Recreation Therapist/ Certified Activity Director/ Dementia Specialist to join our organization as Divisional Support- Life Enrichment

Our Divisional Life Enrichment Support team member will provide support for Life Enrichment and Memory Care Services at the Health Campuses located in our North Michigan Division covering from Battle Creek north to East Lansing, northeast to Lapeer, south to Shelby and southwest to Jackson.


The responsibility of our Divisional Life Enrichment Support will include, but are not limited to:

- Ensure resident programs and services meet company standards and expectations

- Supporting Health Campus Leaders on the operations of Memory Care and Life Enrichment programming. 

- Provide advice and assist with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the Life Enrichment and Memory Care teams to assure excellence in customer service and resident engagement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation or the equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.
  • Activities Professional who is licensed or registered, if applicable by a recognized accrediting body or by the State in which practicing.


  • Three (3) to five (5) years life enrichment (activities/memory care) experience. Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred.
  • Three to five years’ multi-facility management.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a social or recreational program within the last year, with one as a full-time therapeutic activities program, or is a qualified occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant or has completed a training course approved by the State.
  • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
