Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations.  In this role the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, deploying a customer-centric approach to the revenue cycle components, enabling Trilogy to achieve its overall strategic and financial goals.  This is a senior level position, reporting directly to the CFO, and requiring strong communication skills, ability to interact effectively with other members of senior management, and serve as an expect consultant on revenue cycle design and practices.


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead a team supporting all front end and back office revenue cycle processes through over 125 support personnel in the home office and in the field. 
  • Design and manage processes surrounding admitting, POS collections, room and ancillary service pricing, billing, third party payer relationships, and collection management of accounts receivable to ensure that the revenue cycle is optimized. 
  • Position the revenue cycle department as a customer-centric and dependable resource that provides timely and accurate information internally and externally.
  • Hold revenue cycle management staff accountable for achieving plans and performance targets. 
  • Develop staff to ensure continued professional growth and to provide the competencies the company needs to support its growth and long-term success.

  • 7+ years experience at Assistant VP or VP level in revenue cycle or other post-acute financial leadership position interfacing with senior leadership in a large organization
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations related to the senior living and post-acute business
  • Extensive knowledge of CMS and other major insurance carriers for primary and secondary billing, payment, and denial management processes
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to promulgate policy and procedure across a multi-site and multi state company
  • 4 year degree in a business related field preferred
