Directs the company’s reimbursement process for the health campuses. Oversees and understands all Federal, State, and Insurance reimbursements that affects the revenue cycle for healthcare center and assisted living reimbursement, partnering directly with Senior Leadership, Home Office Accounting group, divisional and campus personnel to maximize the annual reimbursement, through understanding the specific reimbursement programs and changes that will occur during the year, and into the future. Provides the leadership for the reimbursement team to accomplish creation and maintenance of the annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports as well as reports necessary for other types of payors.
