  • Responsibilities

    Due to continued growth, Trilogy Health Services is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead and support a team of Area Recruiters in our Michigan, Northern Ohio and Northern Indiana divisions. The primary focus of this position is to work proactively with the recruiting team ensuring recruiting goals are met and to source and project needs by attracting and hiring the best candidates. Trilogy has a great team and an agrgressive growth plan. 


    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervises/Supports a team providing field based support for the organization in the areas of employment marketing, recruiting, recruitment systems (ATS) and retention.
    • Serves as a subject matter leader regarding trends in recruitment advertising, providing guidance and recommendations for greater market exposure to the targeted talent pool.
    • Research and develop new strategies for employee recruitment. Measures results, provides reporting, analysis and recommendations.
    • Creates Company employment marketing strategies and collaborates with internal and external resources to develop media plan and supporting collateral.
    • Oversees campus based clinical (CNA/STNA/QMA) training programs.
    • Oversees coordination of Company presence at industry conferences (Leading Age, OHCA), externally sponsored Job Fairs.
    • Optimizes web content and utilizes advanced social media strategies for search engine optimization (SEO) purposes.
    • Provides analysis and reporting of turnover data to monitor key performance indicators and trends.
    • Develops strategies and action plans to promote Company programs that create greater employee retention including Employee-focused celebrations, Mentor/Preceptor program, Employee Referral Program, Educational Assistance (Scholarships, Loan Repayment, Tuition Reimbursement), wellness programs and benefits.
    • Analyzes employee sourcing trends, media costs, demographics, target audiences and makes recommendations to optimize ROI and increase retention.
    • Substantial travel and overnight stay as necessary

    • Four (4) year degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or equivalent combination of experience and training required.
    • Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a talent acquisition.
    • Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred.
    • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
