  • Responsibilities

    Trilogy Health Services, an innovative and dynamic Senior Living company based out of Louisville, KY, has an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional to join our organization as Employee Services Specialist.


    What you'll be doing:

    • Prepares, reviews, interprets and analyzes unemployment insurance (UI) data information and claim requests. Interprets and advises on UI processes and strategies to meet requirements. Ensures the timely responses to claims and serves as company POC with third party vendor. Maintains records and documents of claims as required.  Responds to inquiry requests as needed.  Provides reports to senior leaders.

    • Establishes, organizes and supervises the maintenance of electronic departmental Home Office personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Oversees the company’s electronic personnel file program through the company’s HRIS system.

    • Conducts and ensures that home office employee onboarding paperwork and documents are completed and in compliance. Reviews report findings as necessary and makes inquiries on discrepancies to ensure accuracy of data. Serves as POC with third-party account executive to ensure the timely response to questions and end-user inquiries.

    • Assists with the annual Perfect Attendance Program. Prepares certificates, orders plaques, fields questions from campus teams and prepares statistical analysis for executive leadership review.

    • Compiles departmental invoicing; assigns and reviews department codes for payment.

    • Assists and provides support for department senior leadership. Prepares and coordinates the completion of various legal documents as requested. Ensures confidentiality and accuracy of documents and recordkeeping.

    • Provides report writing assistance through the company’s HRIS system.

    • Maintains and coordinates departmental special projects as requested.

    • Minimal travel including overnight stay as necessary.

    • Four (4) year college degree or equivalent from accredited college or university or a combination of experience and training

    • Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years experience in Human Resources

    • Prior experience in healthcare, senior living and/or long-term care is a plus

    • Strong spreadsheet and HRIS and ADP Payroll systems knowledge/report writing skills preferred.

    • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
